Kindly find below our terms;
• We do not offer refunds after payment & order confirmed.
• Alterations to balloons can only be made 48 hours to due date.
• In the event of change of delivery date communicated only 48 hours to due date, money would be left as store credit and can be used within 3 months
• For same day deliveries/orders, a minimum of 2 hours to prepare your order is required after payment has been confirmed
• For deliveries, we advice you pick up or request a ride. Once an order is sent and recipient isn’t reachable, you’d be required to pay an extra delivery fee or pick up
• In respect to change of time, it must be communicated at least 48 hours to due date. Losses caused as a result of this would be borne by the client.
• Balloons sent & received in Good condition becomes the responsibility of the receiver. We wouldn’t be held accountable for any damage
• For Balloons damaged in transit, the equivalent would be refunded.
• We don’t accept Returns
